Implant consultation

Implant consultation:
Comprehensive and accurate assessment of the condition of the jaw cavity. To do this a computerised X-ray machine was used. From this and discussion with Dr. Heum I was able to make an informed decision whether to go ahead with the procedure.

As always, my experience at CVDC was excellent. I managed to get an emergency appointment straight away and get my problem sorted. Lovely staff and very good covid measures in place, so I felt very safe.

I left the surgery happy

The whole course of treatment was undertaken in a very professional way. This included the appointment and reception elements of my visit. Whilst being treated, I was made fully aware of the procedure and the reasons for that procedure. At the end of the treatment the Dentist and I discussed what had been done and I left the surgery happy that the treatment had resolved my dental problems.

Crown appointment

I was seen promptly and got the usual friendly welcome from Mr Heum. I was there for a check-up but shortly before the appointment a crown which Mr Heum had created in 1999 had failed after 21 years of good service - apparently 10-15 years is the norm. The options and costs for replacement were carefully explained to me. Today's treatment was temporary with a longer appointment set in 4 weeks to discuss a long-term solution. It is a credit to the practice and an indication of its concern to provide a continuous service to patients that it has been open when many dental practices have closed because of Covid-19. The new surgery is clean and bright with good Covid-19 precautions and helpful and cheery staff. This is a practice where you can feel in safe and caring hands.

Great service

After having a broken front tooth filling for a while it was great to get it repaired with Harriet making sure it looked perfect and it does. Such great care taken to do a good job.

Root canal - Kind and caring dentist

Will be honest and say I was dreading this - but the experience was stress (and most importantly) pain / discomfort free. Kind and caring dentist and nurse, explaining each step and making me feel at ease.

They all work as a team

I cannot speak too highly of this Dental Practice. We have been patients of Tony and Marina since 1995 and would never think of going anywhere else. Staff are courteous and kind ... and it is clear that they all work as a team.

Harriet‘s care and understanding. She kept up the pain relief and asked for Tony’s help with the tooth extraction when the tooth wouldn’t budge.
