Routine Examination

This was my first visit since the move to new premises. I found the outer door heavy and difficult to open, once inside I was impressed at the clean lines and uncluttered appearance. I liked the fact that there was no music playing. The reception staff were polite and courteous. The layout is certainly more accessible for people with mobility issues. I wasn't very happy about having to put my coat and handbag into a plastic bag - when this pandemic is over the environmental damage from plastic pollution will be worse than ever.
