I saw the new hygienist Catherine this morning. I don’t enjoy seeing any hygienist it’s just a necessity. She was very gentle but thorough. I have rebooked to see her again.

Absolutely so pleased. My Dentist was excellent and was so pleased she got second opinion on my problem. This is not weakness but strength that she wanted to be certain of her diagnosis as my case was a bit unusual!! Very happy, or as happy as you can be with having to visit your Dentist.

Hygienist was excellent

Staff very friendly.
Hygienist was excellent, made you feel at ease also very pleasant and polite. In addition to this she was very thorough with her cleaning.

So gentle and caring

Very welcoming practice, clean and calming.
Katie was outstanding, so understanding knowing I am a patient who is terrified of the dentist. Katie immediately puts you at ease, informs you step by step what she is going to do, checks in to see if you are okay. So gentle and caring with her patients. So well mannered and such a top quality dentist.

So kind and caring

I have always found Mr Heum and his staff so kind and caring and very professional in everything they do. I cannot fault the service they provide which is first class.

Lovely care and concern

Lovely care and concern shown to patients, friendly staff, been a patient for many many years and the treatment and patient care I have received has always been exemplary. Loving the new practice too. Excellent experience.
