Recent appointment
My dentist was lovely however the lady who was my hygienist had bad breath. There is also plaque still visible on my front teeth. This is not the first time this has happened with this hygienist.

I was seen by my dentist exactly at my appointment time. He was as friendly as ever and explained things to me. I liked your new surgery however can I ask that you provide coat hooks or somewhere to hang my coat as I had to leave it on the floor when seeing both the dentist and hygienist. I do not think this is very hygienic.

Hi many thanks for your feedback, we have coat hooks on our wish list but need to wait until after Covid restrictions are lifted, we are currently asking patients to keep coats on or put them into a plastic bag.

Pleasant experience
Mr Heum and his assistant put me at ease immediately and took time to explain my options. Mr Heum was very personable and made sure that I was agreeable with the options I had been given. He then explained the process that I should expect to receive with timescales provided. As pleasant an experience you could have......considering it was a dental appointment.
