Very helpful staff. Harriet was great with my two young children, I have been coming to church view for years and feel very lucky to have such a great dentist.

Lovely new building, was greeted at the reception my lady called Dawn I believe who’s ask if I’d sanitise my hands and she then took my temperature. No waiting time, was seen on by dentist at the time that was set for me .

I felt safe
From walking in to coming out I found it a very pleasant visit (even though it’s the dentist).
All staff were very professional and friendly. I felt safe given the current times we are all experiencing at the moment.

Great new surgery organised well for covid
I did feel the hygiene visit was overpriced as they were unable to carry out usual service . Hygienist didn’t let me look at my teeth after cleaning . When I looked at home I had lots of paste stuck inbetween .

Thanks for your feedback, things are difficult just now, we are only able to hand scale and rinsing out is restricted but hopefully once restrictions ease we will be back to our usual service
