Recent appointment

Love the new surgery.
Extremely helpful admin staff to make an emergency appointment - but frustrating to only be able to leave a message. When you are working, it can be difficult to accept return calls.
No hand gel on arrival - had my own.
£22 extra for PPE seems extortionate - it would be better to include in cost of treatment.
