Wonderful service!

Needed urgent treatment. Rather than phone in I called in personally and, as it was the start of the working day and the first patient had not yet arrived, I was seen to immediately and the problem rectified. Wonderful service!

Pleasant waiting room and usually running to time. I am a panicky patient and Paul knows that so is always soothing, giving frequent breaks and not expecting much conversation other than grunts! Despite high levels of anxiety about dentists I come every 6 months which is a major achievement!!!!

Customer service is second to none

The staff are excellent, very friendly and the customer service is second to none. It's a pleasure to visit and not scary at all. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
