There is always a warm welcome from the reception ladies on arrival at the surgery. Everyone is very professional and helpful and Marcus treats my father in law with such respect. It means a lot. Thank you very much.

I came to see Marcus on the Monday and should have been back on the Thursday to see the hygienist but they made it much easier for me by squeezing my appointment in after I had seen him saving me the inconvenience of coming back later.
