A marvellous experience

Absolutely marvellous experience! Unbelievably professional, the staff really cared for me from reception to my dentist. Harriet my dentist explained everything and more in detail and was very caring and understanding.

> I had a very positive experience yesterday, from the receptionist through to the dentist. I have never felt as comfortable having dental treatment as I did during this visit, and I am very grateful for the care I received.

The whole team was welcoming, professional, and reassuring, which helped put me completely at ease. I can already feel that my gums are improving, and my teeth are looking much better.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the treatment and service I received, and I feel very positive about my dental care moving forward. Thank you to everyone involved for making my experience such a pleasant one.

I received treatment from Rachael for the first time. She was very professional and carefully explained the options I had for future treatment. She was reassuring and checked I fully understood the treatment that was being proposed and the cost associated. I did not feel I was being pressured as a cheaper option was explained and offered. Both Rachael and her assistant made me feel at ease throughout the appointment.
