Extraction

I had to have an extraction, due to a failed root canal treatment, which quite frankly I had left too long, resulting in bone loss.
I was very pleased with the whole experience, even being referred for a second opinion and the resultant cost implications.
After some numbing I didn't feel a thing and was surprised to hear the tooth was out already.
Super aftercare, which I am still following, and even a couple of x-rays to allay my fears for two other teeth, which I suspect may go the same way.

Excellent hygienist

The hygienist who dealt with me today was excellent. I’ve asked for her next time I come for my teeth cleaning. She was patient and gentle. I couldn’t stop looking at my teeth in the mirror they were so clean.

Everything was explained thoroughly

I was referred to this practice by my NHS dentist due to gum disease issues for a consultation with James. After my initial assessment and treatment recommendation I decided to have the necessary treatment with James. My treatment journey started today. Everything was explained thoroughly whilst the treatment was undertaken. James and his assistant were kind and considerate and did a great job. My teeth felt the cleanest they had been for some time. Subsequent appointments booked in already. Thank you James.
