A crown had come loose
I rang surgery on Monday lunch time to say a crown had come loose. Was given an appointment first thing Wednesday. All fixed in 10 minutes. No charge. A very happy experience.

Reassuring and sympathetic
Despite me being anxious at the prospect of an extraction as always Mrs Heum, assisted by Helen, was reassuring and sympathetic. Detailed explanation of the necessity of this course of action had preceded my visit and I was confident that the removal of the tooth was the best course of action. An apology for being a few minutes late was unnecessary but appreciated. The actual procedure took place with minimal discomfort and advice on how to proceed given both orally and in a written Pre and Post extraction guide.
Reception staff were efficient, polite & pleasant.
