Was given an appointment in less than 2 days after making initial contact. The dentist was friendly and seemed very good at his job. Cannot fault the service provided.

On arrival the reception staff were welcoming. I didn't have long to wait to be called in for my appointment. My dentist Katie welcomed me and introduced Ali the nurse. Katie made me feel relaxed by her manner. I have never had a more thorough examination. All carried out very gently and professionally. The x-rays were uncomfortable but over quickly. Katie explained what treatment I would need and that she would send me an email outlining the order and cost of everything. Back at reception I signed up for a patient plan. I left feeling less nervous about my next appointment. Later in the day I recceived an email from Katie as promised. At no point did I feel under pressure to do anything I didnt want to. Thank you.

Great as always, quick, professional and pain-free treatment, which for me as a nervous patient is really good. Mr Heum is my dentist and he is friendly, chatty and always places me and my family at ease. Great dentists!
