Bridge re attaching
My bridge came loose on Thursday night. I phoned the surgery on Friday morning and spoke to a very friendly and polite receptionist who managed to get me an appointment for the same morning with Marcus Green. Marcus went out of his way to repair my bridge ( which is living on borrowed time ). I cannot praise Marcus enough for the time and effort he put into repairing my bridge explaining everything as he went along.

Friendly and thoughtful service
First visit to the dentist in over 10 years so I was slightly apprehensive. Needn’t have been. Very friendly and thoughtful service from Colm and his colleague whose name I didn’t get. Each stage of the inspection was explained as we went along and advice was given as to how issues could be dealt with at home between visits. Reception service was also efficient and good.

Hygiene and health
The hygienist was very friendly and informative, smiles and generally made you feel comfortable. Did a really good clean. Harriet is always amazing even if you receive bad news it’s always with a smile and a sorry.

Friendly, helpful staff, prompt appointment, no waiting around. Easy to make further appointments.

A pleasurable experience
My wife and I both visited today for our appointments with Tony and Marina and Beth the hygienist. From the minute you enter the surgery you are greeted with a friendly smile and this continues throughout. You feel at ease and they definitely do everything possible to make a visit to the dentist a pleasurable experience.
