The hygienist is a gem

Receptionist was polite and helpful, waiting time good. Carrie the hygienist is a gem, very thorough but gentle. Mr Heum is a good listener despite being very busy.
Just one thing the hygienist's room is too small for the enormous new chair.

I’ve always been scared to go to dentist, haven’t been for a lot of years but was put at ease, what a lovely man, explained everything to me and took the time to make me feel comfortable, looking forward to my next visit. A pleasant experience

Had my 6 monthly review today. A pleasant experience as always. Katie's birthday today (Happy birthday Katie) who gave me a present of a fracture in my tooth. Had Xrays done, walked through the results and, as always at Church View, all staff are very pleasant and polite.

Lovely people

Just had an emergency appointment as my filling came out. Mr Heum repaired it. Got another appointment to replace the filling. Speedy service and lovely people. Would definitely recommend this practice.
