The appointment lasted an hour and a quarter and I felt relaxed throughout which is unusual for me! Harriet kept me informed as to what she was doing giving me the mirror on several occasions.

I have never felt rushed
I am so grateful to Mrs Heum for all the care and patience she has shown to me during my fairly lengthy dental treatment. I have never felt rushed and she has always found time to see me and deal with any problems or concerns along the way.

As always Marina Heum was delightfully professional, conducting the examination with care and consideration and explaining all as the check up progressed.
The hygienist gave similar advice taking time and care with the cleaning process. As always the staff made the visit if not the best way to spend an hour efficiently bearable.
