I had my appointment today with Beth. She is aware of how much I dread my appointments but she is so good at putting me at ease and she is so skilful I don't know why I worry about it! Thanks again Beth. Church View is a great practice, all staff are extremely helpful, in particular Dawn on reception. Thanks Dawn for all your help.

Emergency appointment
I had an emergency appointment today, I had broken my front tooth, I had never been to the practice before, immediately I walked into reception, even though it was quite busy, the receptionist was very polite and friendly.
The dentist I saw was called Zarah along with her assistant, both were extremely nice and put me at ease straight away, we discussed what was the best way forward.
Zarah was very professional in her approach, I had my tooth back in no time at all.
Very pleased with the overall experience, definitely will be returning to Zarah and working out a care plan with her.

I got an appointment straight away
I had a chipped tooth that I wanted checking.
I got an appointment straight away, was seen promptly and was given some options. The best option was do nothing at this time because there was no further risk.
