Very positive experience
Very positive experience today, Carrie the hygienist is lovely, polite and friendly.
She did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth which did not hurt at all, a plus for me as I have sensitive teeth and gums.
Check up with Tony went well, he is also very friendly and we always have a little chat.
Booked mine and my husbands next appointments for six months time as it’s a very busy surgery.

Very polite, honest and reassuring
My dentist, Mrs. Heum, is always very polite, honest and reassuring. No work was required on my teeth this time. The hygienist, Kat, was also very reassuring and polite. When one of my teeth caused me pain whilst being cleaned "sonically", she immediately halted and continued cleaning that area manually with the promise of entering details into my notes.

I am always at ease
I was seen by the hygienist first. Unfortunately she was having to share a dental nurse. The hygienist had to deal with everything herself as my session was more or less over by the time the dental nurse appeared.
I then saw the dentist who has treated me many times. She was as good as always. I am always at ease.

Superb service
They say every day is a school day, and once more I learnt something new on my recent visit. I have always wondered what the numbers meant when visiting and so this time I asked. All was explained and now I know to aim for 0's!
Superb service, very thorough plaque removal, I could tell me teeth needed this but they feel squeaky clean.
