Respectful, kind Hygienist
Gemma the hygienist asked me if it was ok that she attended to me today. Very thoughtful. Having told her my gums were sensitive etc throughout the procedure she asked if I was ok. She was professional and efficient, respectful, kind and thoughtful.
The receptionist was very efficient and helpful when I said I was supposed to be having 4 hygienist appointments a year (and I was paying for the privilege) but not getting them. She immediately booked me in for the next 4 appointments so I didn’t miss out.

A calm, relaxing environment
I was not looking forward to having root canal treatment but the procedure was explained to me in detail in advance and throughout each step of the procedure which was very reassuring. A calm, relaxing environment pervades throughout the practice and staff are all very pleasant and helpful. This atmosphere along with the calm, confident manner of the dentist meant that I felt safe and settled throughout.

Always feel confident when I come for my check ups. Kind considerate staff with whom I have a great relationship. Very sensitive to my personal requirements as well as looking after my teeth.
