The hygienist was welcoming friendly making the appointment like she was greeting a friend which made me feel relaxed She came across as caring informative like she really wanted the best for me and my teeth

Dr Heum was excellent, as always.
Special mention to Laxcha Bantawa, a very knowledgeable hygienist who gave me plenty of advice regarding the care of my teeth.

I dont normally do reviews but had to say Marcus my dentist again was great and always explains everything and would recommend, my hygienist Chloe first time I've met her and I have recommended and requested that I have her at all times, very happy.

On arrival I was made very welcome and the staff were all very polite, the treatment was very professional and talked through at all times, I would and have recommended this practice to my friends and family.

Good customer service at reception. Waiting not too long for appointment, but aware exact time of appointments is rare anywhere.
