Had routine visit. All staff polite and welcoming involving me in treatment plans throughout. More than impressed by the reception staff who dealt so well with a patient whose grasp of information was challenged. They politely and helpfully repeated their answers to the same question until he understood. Well done everyone.

No pain at all
I saw Carrie for my routine hygiene appointment. She was lovely and was really careful around my sensitive gum area. No pain at all. Her assistant (a young man with dark hair) was really lovely too and was friendly from the minute he collected me from the waiting area.

I made an appointment here as I’d grown tired of poor service through an NHS dentist and at a loss of what to do regarding my teeth. The initial consultation was fantastic, culminating in a care plan that was given to me, of which in my 50 years of life I’ve never been given. Appointment with Dental hygienist
I arrived early for my appointment and waited patiently and after 10 minutes beyond my appointment time I had to ask the Receptionist as to what was going on. There were many people going into and out of surgeries whilst I waited an no one came to tell me that there was a delay!! I was concerned that I had been forgotten and that my parking would run out of time!! I did eventually get seen, 10 minutes later than stated!

Hygienist appointment
The treatment was for a somewhat deeper clean than the standard hygienist procedure. It involved some local anaethesia, followed by cleaning and polishing. Carried out very carefully in about thirty minutes. Very efficient and pleasant practitioners.
