Appointments were on time, all staff from Reception through Hygiene and the dentists were polite, professional and welcoming. I felt treated as an individual and that the service was tailored to me as oppose to generic to all.

Welcoming and friendly
As I had not seen a dentist for at least 6 years I was anxious going into it. However, Zarah was very welcoming and friendly, she listened to me as a patient and gave detailed explanations and advice as well as different plan options. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful and overall this was a positive experience.

All staff very friendly, helpful, polite, attentive and efficient, all took time to explain everything, and also had time for a little chat, a very rare thing these days! All in all a very pleasant dental appointment.
