Really good customer service from start to finish.
Technicians knew exactly what they were doing and explained all the way through the process.

Great service, very helpful and kind, you are all wonderful, I will tell my friends about you should they need any dental care, you're really great, keep the good work going and the price is about right for an OAP.

Excellent new practice in Addiscombe. Lovely decor. With a very welcoming lady on reception, Charlotte. I had a hygiene appointment with Leah, it was excellent best hygiene appointment I have ever had. Leah explained everything that was happening and constantly checking if I was ok. I have booked again for 6 months. Emily the nurse was very professional, welcoming and made me feel at ease. 10 out 10 an excellent practice with a professional and friendly staff.

So well informed
How friendly all the staff were and how knowledgeable Niz was. I left feeling so well-informed. I didn’t feel like it was a rushed in-and-out appointment. It was nice to explore options for the future to avoid further wear.

Made me feel at ease
Lovely new practice, lovely, friendly and professional staff. I had a hygiene appointment today and it was a very thorough clean. I felt the hygienist and nurse were very welcoming, they made me feel at ease and relaxed. They were professional and took the time to explain things to me. I will certainly be a repeat customer. Feel Good Dental Croydon
I was absolutely terrified of dentists before coming here and have avoided arranging a check up appointment for years but Feel Good Dental have lived up to its name and U-turned my mind! I would highly recommend coming here! I felt every single staff member genuinely connected to you, cared and were non-judgmental or pushy. Thank you all for sharing your expert knowledge and patiently answering all my curious questions - I’ve learnt a lot today!

Very thorough, professional
Good Dental Croydon were very thorough, professional and becalming. An attitude demonstrated by all staff, especially my dentist. It was my first visit, the first of many and will definitely return soon.
