I’ve been trying to find the right words to write this review for a long time, and I hope this does justice to how truly grateful I am.
Before coming to you, I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 30 years. I was absolutely terrified. I was 17 + stone, had no teeth, couldn’t smile, didn’t go out, and had completely lost my confidence. I felt embarrassed, and I honestly didn’t think things could change.
From my very first appointment, you understood how I felt. There was no judgement, only kindness, patience, and reassurance. You took the time to listen and made me feel safe.
Today, my life is completely different. I’ve lost nearly 8 stone. I smile without hesitation. I eat healthily. I ’ve got a job. Most importantly, I’ve got my confidence and my life back.
What you’ve done for me goes so far beyond dentistry. You’ve helped me become the person I always wanted to be but never believed I could be again.
Thank you for your care, your understanding, and for changing my life in ways I can never fully put into words.
