Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, Hazel. We genuinely appreciate you highlighting these accessibility concerns, and we’re sorry to hear about the difficulties experienced.

We take accessibility very seriously and have previously reviewed a number of the points you’ve raised. Some improvements have already been considered and implemented where possible, however, as this is an older building, there are limitations imposed by the structure and current regulations which unfortunately mean that not all changes can be made as extensively as we would like.

That said, your comments regarding wheelchair access, the ramp obstruction, the lip at the main entrance, and the use of ground-floor space have been noted and will be taken into further consideration. We continue to explore any reasonable and practical improvements that can be made within these constraints, and feedback like yours is invaluable in helping us prioritise these discussions.
