I had my first visit today, upon arrival I was welcomed by reception staff who were really friendly and even offered me a drink.
The dental practice is a very clean and welcoming environment.
I had an appointment with a dental nurse who explained to me my treatment of the day, the dental nurse was very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to returning for my treatment. 😊

As normal. Emma was her normal informative self… built me up … knocked me down and then praised my efforts.
All taken on board, like you said buy a new car and you service it … then do the same for your teeth ..
The staff always friendly and helpful.
It makes the visit easy especially when you have a phobia of the dentist !

Very impressed with the set up and excellent review of the issues with my teeth. Going to cost a lot but if it needs doing I have the choice to have it done or not. Freya the dentist was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that she knew her job!
