Had prep work done for a crown today. This is my 1st one. The Dentist was brilliant couldn’t feel anything. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. Puts you at ease and very friendly. Temporary crown looks and feels good too.

Emma the hygienist is fab - always brilliant and worth the trek (and expense) coming in from Chichester. What wasn't so fab was the state of the treatment room which seemed to be in the middle of major building work. A note to me beforehand would have been nice, saying that building work was underway and to apologise. Let's hope it's completed quickly although it seems it's been like that since January. Not something I expect from a top quality dentist.
