Sam on reception is brilliant, tells you straight and keeps you calm if your nervous. The other lady on reception (sorry didn't catch your name) very pleasant and efficient. Now then it comes down to Alicia, and her colleague, (sorry didn't catch your name yet) Alicia makes you feel so safe, I hate needles but last time a went never felt a thing. I would definitely recommend this practice 👌 👍 😊

Whilst my appointment was at 10.05 am and I arrived at 9.55 am I was not seen until 10.20. There was no one in the waiting room when I arrived but a gentleman arrived about 2-3 minutes after me but went into see the dentist before me.
