My experience
Appointment time doesn't mean anything. Have been waiting for 40 minutes in waiting room to find out that receptionist messed up and didn't physically book me in on my arrival. Then she blamed the system for it, but it was her fault after all. No apology, nothing. I had to take time off from work to be at the dentist on time. So have lost time and money and didn't even get an apology. Unbelievable.
