On general everything is ok apart from the new check in. I have found there is no more friendly and personal interaction with the staff on reception anymore.

Not a lot of interaction from the reception staff. Nice clean practice. The dentists are very good at what they do. The hygienist was super helpful regarding next steps and things that can be done to maintain good oral health.

I appreciate the fact that I am a NHS patient, but I think that £27.40 justifies a little bit longer than a 4 minute cursory examination. My wife shares this opinion. I don't like to gripe about things but the treatment we both received didn't match up to our many visits to your practise over the years!
