Fantastic service, 5 star, from the lovely gentleman on reception to the dental assistant and Vandana herself. The procedure was well explained to me and Vandana was very personable and put me at ease through it.

Friendly staff, good explanation

Easy check in with pre-fill forms, short wait, friendly staff, good explanation of procedure which went well. All in all the perfect visit.

Emergency appointment

My appointment was made as an emergency on the same day due to previous problems that I had encountered in the past. On arrival I was thoroughly examined by the dentist including an x-ray but fortunately my dentist was able to advise me that everything was ok which of course gave me total peace of mind. May I add that my dentist was excellent in the way she looked after me.

Receptionist was reasonable. Waiting room was warm and well kept. Excellent treatment and valuable feedback from dentist who had a patient and caring manner.

Caring, empathetic dentist and nurse. Good explanation of the state of mouth and teeth. Good explanation of future treatment that may be needed. Helpful desk receptionist in moving ramp so I could exit safely.

A same day appointment

Rang up as needed a same day appointment, I was also full of cold. The receptionist got me booked in straight away when I explained the situation and I saw Maria that day, who was lovely as always.
