My experience

The dentist was lovely and thorough.
Waited over 40 minutes as running late but staff kept us updated and apologised which was really nice. Very disappointing that I need to see a hygienist but can’t as there isn’t one available on the NHS.

Very polite, professional

The front of house team were all very polite and helpful and the Dental team were very polite, professional and friendly. Overall, excluding why I was at the dentist, the experience was very positive.

My experience

Satisfied with dental appointment.
Hygienist finished a 30 min appointment in 12 min. Directly picked up the electric scaler without checking things first. Felt very rushed. Fed back to the receptionist who was very helpful.

My experience

A very efficient and useful visit. I wish I could afford to continue to visit the hygienist but I can no longer at £70 a visit.

Emergency appointment

I needed an emergency appointment as I was in a lot of pain and was given the next available for later in the week, however 30 mins later I was contacted and offered a cancellation to attend 90 minutes later for which I was very grateful. The staff were very helpful and considerate.
