Dove Dental
Todays appointment went very well, arrived on time and was seen on time. Saw a new dentist today who was very good and explained and showed condition of teeth on an x-ray and available treatment.
My only negative comment would be that appointments are cancelled by Dove at short notice and re-arranged months ahead.

Friendly and Professional
My appointment was only slightly behind scheduled time. Dentist and her assistant were friendly and professional. Surgery was clean and tidy.

I was a very nervous patient.
But the staff were very patient with me and gave me time and didn't rush me along.
They made me feel relaxed.
I wouldn't have a problem returning for the rest of my treatment.

Treatment was good and thorough.
Was relieved to be offered treatment downstairs as I have just had keyhole surgery on my knee.
Not impressed with the paperwork required. Spent at least half an hour filling in the text forms only to be asked to manually answer the same questions again.

Superb
The receptionist went above and beyond to accommodate me after a filling broke prior to me leaving Derby for 3 months to attend a residential training course. The dentist and assistant were superb and sorted the problem quickly. You guys really did a great job. Thank you.

Wonderful surgery
My first visit to the dentist in a long time, as a very nervous person got myself in a right panic. The dentist and assistant had a chat with me and helped me calm down and explained everything to me, they were absolutely amazing. I never felt so comfortable in the dentist ever. I couldn't recommend them enough, so thank you Tuffy and Amelia. I'm not even worried about my next appointment and that's never happened, wonderful surgery and staff.
