The dentist was very good as were his support staff. However, I have waited a month to be seen then told I have to wait over another month to be treated (get a filling). A bit disappointing but hopefully we’ll get a result eventually. Such a shame you cannot get your backlog of patients down to more acceptable waiting times.

Maryland bridge
Dove Dental have always been so good to me. Saw the hygienist today who did a brilliant job at cleaning below the gum line. My teeth and gums look so much better. They fitted a Maryland bridge for me, helping my quality of life.

My experience
Having to pay £26.50 for less than 5 minutes of dental check up is abhorrent. That’s an eye watering £318/hour…….not bad going. In fact it is daylight robbery!

Emergency appointment for an abscess
I had an emergency appointment for an abscess and was very anxious and in pain. The dentist I was booked with was off sick but I was accommodated by another dentist. I am sorry I can’t remember her name particularly as she was just wonderful. Janina? Also Gina the dental nurse was brilliant. Both were personable and professional and although my problem is not yet resolved the antibiotics have started working. Thanks also to Emma on reception who organised both the original appt and then made sure when they were off sick accommodated me with another dentist who was an angel!
Traumatic problem but dealt with efficiently and I am incredibly grateful.
