Second to none
Honestly, the care and empathy shown by your dentist is second to none.
From my first check up a few months back she was very precise in checking me over, even things I’ve not had checked in the past such as my jaw line, my bite, the general overall condition of mouth, dieting etc. A truly excellent start.
Then for my visit for two fillings, I was very very nervous (as I always am) she made regular intervals to check I was OK, but not only that, to also then explain what each stage she was at, and what I could expect.
We’ve had a good discussion about plans moving forward, and it felt very personal and individual as it should be of course, but others have failed at this in the past.
My one negative of my overall experience (which isn’t fair to reflect against my dentist) was the severe delay in getting in for my initial appointment. Initially it was June and it was re arranged to like November, this causes stress not knowing what condition your teeth are in - I was just fortunate I had no pain or anything. Kind regards.

Faultless
I appreciate that not everyone can afford a private dentist, but I feel that my plan is affordable enough. I see how much pressure the clinical and admin staff are under and lots of patients are very demanding and undeservedly rude to them. Bless them, they couldn't do enough for me. Very attentive, very polite and clinically faultless. Thank you.

How quiet it was !! I was still kept waiting 20 minutes, which is fine but share the same courtesy if we are a few minutes late… I am concerned on this feedback form you also state you do 9 other treatments including “beauty “ treatments yet we can’t get in to actually see a dentist unless it’s an emergency, I have had two checkup visits cancelled this year by yourself, yet you have a large sign saying if you don’t come for a visit you will be taken off the NHS register but you can’t get an appointment for a visit?? Do emergency appointments class as a visit? I understand the NHS is struggling for Dentists but if your aim is to go “private “ tell us then at least we can make plans, I have to wait to be referred and then have the tooth out so are still going to be in pain into the new year possibly as long as February?
I do actually love coming to the dentist and do hold your practice in very high regard everyone is always so kind and friendly but I do have to say since Covid it has changed a lot and not sadly for the better.

Our NHS appointments are fully booked to a capacity at the moment and we do try and see as many emergency patients per day.
If we have to cancel your appointment you will not be removed off the NHS list. We do not plan to go purely private we will be offering both NHS and Private appointments at Dove.
