Calm and professional

I was blown away how calm and professional the staff were when I arrived nervous and extremely anxious ready for 2 teeth to be removed. Mr Shafri I believe he was called, is one of the best dentist I have seen. Keep up the great work you all do. Many thanks.

Allowing me to have manual scaling due to a sensitive molar at the back.
Advice was given on cleaning teeth/gums.

Dove Dental

Private appointment felt rushed.
I was told by the dentist that fluoride varnish would only last for a few hours if applied (this is not true) and was therefore dissuaded from having it applied to one tooth.
Dentist was not prepared to scrape the tiny amount of plaque from my front teeth, told to book with the hygienist.
It is sad that the dentist’s priorities are on money making rather than the patient's dental health.

Very compassionate

The dentist and dental nurse were very compassionate with me, it was a rather upsetting appointment for me but they saw that and were very kind.

Hygienist

Hygienist was friendly and professional. I have very sensitive teeth and she applied a numbing gel which helped enormously. I won’t feel so apprehensive next time.
Notice water dispenser removed from waiting area though which I could have done with.
