Put me at ease as usual

Dentist put me at ease as usual. She was excellent. My only concern is I usually have 6-monthly checks and I can't get in for a year. Very disappointing.

Due to limited capacity at the moment in practice, out wait time is slightly longer than expected, we are sorry for this and we are currently working on it to try bring these wait times down.

All the staff are so lovely

Emma the receptionist is lovely, always goes above and beyond. All the staff are so lovely. Susan the dentist is amazing and the dental nurses are as well.

Dove Dental

The dentist was excellent. I needed to go back for 3 fillings which was £70 which I thought was reasonable however, I was asked to pay £70 today even though I couldn’t get an appointment until October. I said to the receptionist that I’ll pay a week before my appointment but I was told I couldn’t do that so I cancelled my appointment.

Under the NHS guidelines, we do require a deposit for any treatment to be booked into the diary which is practice policy that we have always followed

One of the best dentists I have had

My Dentist, Binnish was friendly yet professional, she took the time to discuss my treatment, helped me to relax as I can get rather anxious when seeing the dentist, she talked me through any concerns I had and she regularly stopped to check if I was ok during the treatment. One of the best dentists I have had at Dove Dental. I hope she's staying with Dove for the foreseeable future!

Susan the dentist was thorough and gave us some really comprehensive advice on flossing and general dental care. The only downside is the fact that there are no permanent regular full time dentists at hand and waiting for treatment can be exceptionally long.
