Staff were all friendly
Appointments were on time and staff were all friendly. The fact that I could get a hygiene appointment on the same day as my check up was good as it meant I didn’t have to make 2 trips to the dentist.

I would definitely recommend them
The whole team from reception to the dentist where helpful and accommodating. I am unable to make the stairs and the dentist used a downstairs room, I would definitely recommend them.

No one really likes to go to the dentist. But I found it ok. A bit disappointed that we had to wait quite a while. Our appointment was originally 9.15. However we were ask the day before if we were still coming and would we like to move it forward to 9am. We had to wait 30mins. Wish I had stuck to 9.15. Had Grandaughter with us.

Been a private patient with them for a few years. (Now im a NHS patient with them)
Have always received a fantastic and professional service from the receptionists to the clinical staff.
And they are always able to get me booked in for an appointment without waiting too long.
Keep up the great work guys 👍

Lovely receptionists, they are all friendly , welcoming.and helpful. Great dentist Ayesha. Lots if empathy and very gentle disposition as I am very nervous at the dentist and she puts me at ease also offers good advice.

Called for an appointment after suffering toothache. Was given an appointment without having to answer 1000/1 questions.
Saw a lovely dentist Susan who was very patient, I am a nervous patient but fell totally at eased and not rushed.
After spinal surgery I can bend forward but not able to lie back without a struggle. Susan and her assistant made sure I was at ease.
Reception staff also very friendly.
