My experience

Excellent care and attention as usual, just one aspect needs addressing I feel. I had to wait an hour and not told until the end due to emergency cases coming first. People in pain always come first but better communication up front please. Saw Dr Raj who was brilliant having said that.

Respectful and calm

Phoned at 0950 and was seen at 1020!! Charming dentist Raj was very respectful and calm, took a careful history and examination before discussing diagnosis and treatment options. He took care to anaesthetise properly and ensure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Didn’t feel rushed at all. I was particularly impressed that he phoned a couple of hours later to ensure I had no more problems.

I had an appointment with Priyesh .K today, for a follow-up on an earlier stabilisation appointment. Priyesh is an excellent dentist, informative, friendly, professional, and extremely good at his job, which is a very good thing, as any dental patient is pleased about.
I'm very prone to " gagging " , I never gagged once as Priyesh is aware and just took the extra care, thank you.
