Very pleasant visit
I was treated with respect and was seen on time. Steph ensured that I was correctly seated on the stair lift and walked up and down the stairs, accompanying me both on arrival and departure. Juliette was extremely thorough, very informative, and gave me detailed explanations of the problem that I was encountering. My follow-up appointment was made before I left, and does not incur a long wait at all. A very pleasant visit!
