You’re in good hands here

I was incredibly nervous going into my tooth extraction — I’ve always had anxiety about dental work — but I can honestly say this was a far better experience than I expected.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, patient, and understanding. John Marks took the time to explain each step, went slowly with the numbing process, and kept checking in to make sure I was okay. That made a huge difference.
The procedure itself was quicker and easier than I feared, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout. Even the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful.
For anyone who’s nervous or anxious about going to the dentist — I can confidently say you’re in good hands here. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation feel safe and manageable!

I was given an emergency appointment on the same day, which was amazing. When I attended (in agony), I was not given the news I wanted to hear, however Juliette explained my options so that I could make an informed decision. The treatment was started that day, I was made as comfortable as possible and reassured throughout the procedure. I walked away pain free.
