Comfortable and relaxed
Very happy with my visit being greeted by the reception ladies, my dentist being patient and listening to what I had to say, the new staff for hygiene made me feel comfortable and relaxed, the treatment was excellent.

My experience
I did not like the fact that I had to leave a deposit for my next appointment. I wasn't expecting to have to pay another £41 on top of my treatment. It's too much.

To address your concern, we would like to reiterate that the deposit of £41 is not on top of the treatment charges but is only a holding deposit which will be deducted from your next appointment. If you cancel your appointment prior to 24 hrs of your appointment, this will be refunded. Please contact the surgery if you have any queries.

Amazing
My treatment was exceptional. I saw Rebecca for a filling and a scale and polish today and Mandy assisted.
I normally require sedation (it's been 20 years or more) they were both amazing.
A big thank you to both.
The ladies on the desk are so pleasant and helpful nothing is too much trouble.
