My appointment was within 5 minutes of my booked appointment time and this started things off well.
The receptionist was very welcoming.
My appointment was for a night guard fitting and this was very thorough and my dentist wanted to ensure that I was happy with the instructions for aftercare and my next appointment for a check on how I get on with the night guard.

Very happy kids!

A lovely first visit to the dentist for my 4 year old. All staff were very friendly and the dentist was thorough and gentle. My older daughter was also treated well. They both received unexpected goody bags at the end as it was children’s day at the dentist. A very good first experience!

Amazing

Brought my 3 kids for a check up, their first ever one, I have one child diagnosed autistic who was very nervous. The dentist herself was so lovely and took her time to go through everything that was going to happen, this helped them massively. The receptionist was also amazing with any help I required when I rang up. Such a lovely place with a calming atmosphere.

Hi. I am the worst patient ever, having been absolutely terrified of dental treatment my whole life. Claire Owens has quashed my fears completely! She really is just so lovely. She has worked tirelessly each visit to reassure me into the chair and helped me through several scary appointments over the last year. Not once has she ever made me feel ridiculous, or laughed at my fears. I laugh at me after the event. I know am being quite ridiculous!! Claire always provides good hygiene advice and brushing/flossing guidance at every visit. She is knowledgeable, kind and empathetic without being patronising. She really encourages my efforts at maintaining good oral health and it is actually a pleasure to visit now. (once the needle part is done with!) I cannot recommend her more. Claire has totally changed the way I approach treatment and I do not worry at all anymore. My oral health has improved hugely. Claire is a real gem and an asset to the practice. The dental nurses are lovely too. Thank you for bringing the professionalism back to the surgery.

I cannot fault my treatment

As always everything went very smoothly. The waiting area is warm and comfortable. The reception staff are efficient and friendly. My treatment with Mr Marks was as good as it could be as I was having a tooth extracted ,but it was very smoothly carried out. I cannot fault my treatment and the advice I received if any problems arose. I am always satisfied.
