I was made to feel at ease
Was made welcome from the the onset by the 2 lovely receptionists. And Rihanna and her lovely nurse were so kind and attentive and explained everything so well. I was made to feel at ease and would always feel confident visiting the practice. I am aware under new ownership but this has not impacted on care at all. Thank you to you all.

The reception staff were very efficient indeed, I got a new patient consultation within 24 hours due to a cancellation. I was very nervous before my appointment but Andrej put me at complete ease. He was very personable, friendly, clear and extremely professional. Although I need to have a lot of further work done I do not feel worried about returning at all. Would totally recommend this surgery to others.

Explained things very clearly
Andrei was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. The surgery was immaculate and the dental nurse was quick and efficient. I was able to book an appointment easily and quickly and the receptionist was clear about the prices.
