I rang up this afternoon with severe pain. I saw a dentist yesterday elsewhere whom unfortunately didn’t help my issue. I rang Didcot dental who got me in straight away, conducted a full assessment, fully explained everything and immediately conducted a procedure taking away the pain. Very professional and clearly very experienced. Very grateful. Highly highly recommend!

Explained in full detail
The staff are super friendly and informative. All parts of my treatment were explained in full detail and kindly. I didn't feel uncomfortable or as though they were any hidden fees, everything was very open. I can appreciate the payment plans as well as my dental treatments are a priority but due to the cost, I struggle to pay in full.
Receptionist (Libby?) was very kind and funny and I like how conversational the team is there. Really happy to be making the move over from my previous private dentist. Libby also helped break down the costs of treatment with/without subscription plan and also with/without payment plans. This was really handy to know as I have a lot of bills for my car this month as well so I felt more at ease.

Really comfortable & super informative.
I was anxious about having my root canal and overall starting my treatment plan but they check in with you along the way. Only downside is, there isn't full disclosure of extra fees & I wish I was shown the different care plans they have rather than just 1.

I recently had a gum graft procedure performed by Dr Jaimini Mehta. Despite the research I had done prior to my visits, my understanding on periodontal disease was very limited. Dr Jaimini's advise and great expertise on gums health have helped me restore my gum's health and prevent a tooth's decay, by reducing the recession from 7ml to 2ml. I couldn't recommend Dr Jaimini enough - I will be forever grateful for the outstanding results!
