Didcot Dental studio were so helpful to me when I had a recent dental emergency, they fit me in for appointments at very short notice. They helped to resolve the issue quickly. The receptionists were so friendly and put me at ease, which was much appreciated when I was nervous :) Thank you!

What can I say. From walking first time into the door and not been to the dentist in years, I was embarrassed about my teeth. Pearl has never judged and the work herself and assistants have done has been absolutely amazing. What I thought would be impossible having that smile Pearl has achieved. So so happy with my smile today after composite bonding

Changing dentist for the first time in many years can be a stressful experience.
However, I have found the service provided by Didcot Dental Studios, from the receptionists to Dr Johal to be extremely welcoming, reassuring and utterly professional throughout, and I am happy that I chose it.
I confess I waited until I had had my first treatment done before making this review, just to reassure myself (and anyone else) that they take the same care with customers _after_ they have signed up and this was indeed the case.

I had a very good recent experience at Didcot Dental Studio. This was the last appointment of the Invisalign treatment. I'm very happy with the outcome of the treatment and the care and attention received throughout the course of the treatment. Dr Pasha always provides detailed explanations and takes the time to answer any questions.

Had my first appointment today, so no treatment yet but it felt a bit like a spa visit. Very pleasant experience throughout.

Having recently gone through the procedure to improve my smile with veneers. I figured i would share my experience, as it didn’t go entirely as planned but turned out great in the end. I can honestly say Dr. AJ and the staff (nurses and front end too) did an excellent job working around all the little upsets along the way and kept me informed of the best way forward.

The process began with some scans of the mouth and teeth as is, and the preparation of some preliminary moulds to see how everything would look and feel in the mouth. This was the initial up front try before you commit bit. After you were happy with this and Dr. AJ was happy with how it would work out you proceed to some whitening to and more detailed scans a little wait and more detailed moulds come in.

When the moulds come in you have some prep work done to your existing teeth and some additional scans to prepare for the veneers to be made by an outside lab and temps versions of the final product are made on top to protect that work and also to to get your bite adjusted. In my case the work to the teeth was minor but it still took some time and if you are nervous about dental sounds and the like that may be something to talk about with the staff before starting this.

Normally the temps are for just a few weeks and the veneers come back from the lab in A1 shape. Your gums heal from all the prep work while you keep things clean with interdental brushes (and you may be thinking during this time “man i miss actually being able to floss between teeth” as the temps are one big mould of teeth). During that time its normal for the temp teeth to fall apart a bit for me this wasn’t an issue as the underlying teeth were structurally OK, but this could be a concern for others.

Unfortunately for me the first set of veneers were not up to snuff and Dr. AJ rejected them, leading to a second set of temps and wait for the lab to prepare new venners. The second set came back ill fitting for me which lead to a few more scans and a third set of temps (all i wanted to do was floss at this point).

Finally once the third set came it they fit well (except one). The procedure for this was rather long and the last one just didn’t fit right after the other 19 were installed. Unfortunately for me about 2 days later while eating one of the bottom centre veneers became unattached.

This is where Dr. AJ’s staff and the team at Didcot Dental stepped up. Booking an “emergency” appointment in right away to cement the veneer back into place while Dr. AJ was away on holiday. Again all seemed well till two more of the veneers popped off shortly after, one of which was swallowed. I was heartbroken after all that work everything seemed to be falling out Again the team was quick to get a scan and a new one made up. By this time Dr. AJ was back from his holiday and the offending veneers were re attached and the bite was adjusted ever so slightly to help prevent this from happening again.

So my advice if you are considering veneers, the end result is worth it but it can be a journey. That said Dr. AJ and Didcot Dental stand by their work so even though each detached veneer felt defeating in the moment the team at Didcot Dental they were quick to fix it.

As a prospective patient on my first visit to the Didcot Dental Studio, I was so impressed by my welcome and the plush seating area. Followed by spotless consulting rooms, the very informative staff and dental procedures that I didn't know were available!

The team at Didcot dental studio was very friendly and I felt very comfortable during my procedures. I had IV sedation at the practice which really relieved me of my anxieties. This really helped me as I hate needles. 5 stars to the amazing team at Didcot dental studio😁

I had a very useful first consultation appointment with Emily. We discussed my dental problems in depth and looked for the solution which might best suit my circumstances. I am glad to say that a possible solution was found and I am now moving on to the next stage in possible treatment.

Moved here after my dentist retired and their practice closed. Very patient centred approach to my dental care. Highlighted issues and gave me options. Hygienist is the best I have had. Takes the time to explain and demonstrate.
