I had my new patient exam today and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic. Nathalie at front of house was so welcoming and friendly — she instantly put me at ease and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free.
Dr AJ was incredibly professional, thorough, and kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely cared for. You can really tell he’s passionate about what he does and values his patients.
Kiera, the dental nurse, was also brilliant — calm, reassuring, and attentive throughout the appointment. Together, the whole team created such a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first visit. Thank you all — I actually look to coming back!

Review for Didcot Dental Studio
Too fast and too aggressive, I was in pain during cleaning, but this is normal with gum disease; however, it shouldn’t be so fast-paced and more gentle. This is not how you should treat your customer( it’s not a race ).
The advice was good, but the whole cleaning process was rather terrible.

This dental practice is the one to go to if you're scared of dentists. They're so calm, clean, caring and has such a relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist Hollie is incredibly welcome and has a calming presence to ease any anxiety. They offer flavoured sparkling water as well to stay hydrated. I can honestly say for the first time in a long time, I'm looking forward to my appointment again.
