I had my top wisdom teeth extracted with AJ and the guidance and clarity through the process was excellent. AJ helped educate me on the process as we went through it and reassured me when I had worries. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a consultation to discuss some cosmetic work to front teeth. I was informed I had gum disease ( never had any symptoms and last appointment for check up was 6 months ago) plus a replacement filling. The total cost £700. I was asked for the full cost on the day despite signing plan which states a deposit is required. After the first hygienist treatment I was VERY firmly told I had to pay the balance as this should have been made clear at my first consultation it’s apparently because the staff have to be paid up front for appointments - which as I said to the receptionist is not my problem it’s their business model. I’m 68 yrs old and don’t exactly have large amounts of disposable income. I’m not 100% convinced I need the advanced hygienist treatments. I was also advised to take out an advanced dental plan. I later changed this to the basic 2 checks and 2 hygiene sessions p.a. So to date I’ve paid £700 for £110 worth of treatments. I would fully expect to pay a deposit and 50% of total is a lot but it’s reasonable. I was put under pressure to pay the remainder as it’s an open waiting area with several people present at the time. In two minds whether to cancel now and go elsewhere as this is not what I wanted or expected.

Before starting my Invisalign treatment here at Didcot Dental Studio, I felt very conscious of my smile and first impressions when meeting people. I received Enlighten teeth whitening and composite bonding with Dr AJ. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. From a hygienist deep cleaning and a wisdom tooth removal through to the final results Dr AJ talked me through every step so I always felt sure in my decisions. His work is incredible and I can’t believe the difference in my teeth. All the team at the practice are so welcoming and polite. Would definitely recommend.

I went to get a second opinion due to me having an infection for 6 weeks after a tooth retraction. Been told I need a filling which I apparently had done 8 weeks ago obv not also infection got in under gum now need treatment
