The clinic itself is clean and well-presented, but the heavily scented diffusers were overwhelming — both my son and I left with headaches, so please consider removing them or getting non toxic ones in!
I visited with a straightforward issue: a white filling that had fallen out. Instead of a simple fix, I felt pressured into considering a crown or root canal, with the dentist repeatedly suggesting the filling would only be “temporary.”
When I stood my ground and asked for the filling, I was quoted £400. For a standard white filling. I was speechless.
I ended up spending £60 for 15 minutes of upselling with no treatment. I won’t be returning, and I’d encourage anyone visiting to be clear about what they want before they sit in that chair.

Wonderful experience all over!! The services provided, the care and the in depth evaluations and consequent advice given has made being able to look after my teeth that much easier. And all the staff are so so lovely, from the minute you walk in the door you feel looked after! Plus the monthly payment scheme makes caring for your teeth feel that much more possible and budget friendly which in this day and age is key! Thanks team <3

I’m at loss for words, beyond impressed. I had a cavity in a very tricky area, but Dr Khan was absolutely amazing! He was approachable, made sure I was comfortable and made sure to ask if I needed breaks at any time. The tooth definitely knocked my confidence in my smile, but now I can smile without having to worry about people seeing the tooth! Thank you very much!!

I really enjoyed my visit to Didcot dental practice. The receptionists and the patient care co-ordinator were all very friendly and helpful, and the dentist Dr Riz whom I saw giving me a very thorough check of the problem of my teeth which I was concerned about. He also gave me extremely helpful advice to support me maintaing the health of my teeth and the foundation of my gum health following my appointment with him. I would definitely recommend this Dental practise to anyone who would like to have a pleasant dental experience surrounded by the caring staff and a serenity environment.

This time the veneers went on without a hitch
It felt like the porcelain ones were far easier to work with than the composite for Dr. AJ, and the clean up after they were installed seemed trivial in comparison to the composite ones.
I also think the whole procedure was better executed than the composite one. Everyone seemed to be in sync and we didn't have any unexpected issues.
Dr. AJ took the time to rehearse the plan with the nurses and the nurses rehearsed the plan with Dr. AJ checking this made it feel less rushed than last time
Perhaps the only thing that would have been nice to see is a rehearsal / discussion of what the plan was if something went off the intended plan as I think the first time with the composites that's where we all felt under pressure. It's more than possible this was discussed prior to me being in the room.
