I had an emergency appointment through 111 and was extremely nervous. The staff were amazing talking me through the procedure step by step and took the problem teeth out straight away with no fussing. If they were taking on patients I would definitely sign up there.

Made me feel safe and calm

As a person that suffers with anxiety and panic attacks the dentist and nurse really made me feel safe and calm in their hands and kept asking if I was OK which helped me get though the process of having my tooth out. Receptionist was very polite and welcoming as well.

Easy to communicate

The dentist and their assistant were friendly. It was very easy to communicate with them without feeling intimidated. The overall appointment went smoothly. They made me feel fairly comfortable and less nervous in regards to the health and situation of my teeth.
