The dentist I saw explained everything to me and did everything he could so I felt as much as ease as possible. That makes a big difference when you are a nervous patient like me.

Being terrified of the dentist due to previous traumatic experiences today’s (NHS111) emergency visit to a practice I have not attended previously was outstanding.
Welcoming staff who were friendly and polite. They were respectful and supportive of my physical disabilities, taking the time to help with doors and getting myself into the chair.
The dentist was very professional as was the dental nurse. I was worried as this my first face to face healthcare appointment in two years due to isolating at home, but everyone wore face masks and I felt really safe.

A lovely lady
All staff were pleasant at all times.
This is the first time I have been to a Hygienist and had a total pain free experience. Normally I would have some kind of reaction due to having sensitive teeth and gums.
